Who Is Lance Ho?

Started at school in 2003 and shot Recurve for a long time, till University started to take up more of my time. Then switched to compound in 2011, been enjoying it ever since.

  • Highest National finish was at the 2012 SA Nationals (7th).

  • Represented SA at the 2011 Universiade Games, Shenzhen (17th).

  • Joined the para-archery team as a coach for the 2012 Stoke Mandeville Invitational, UK.

  • Highest WA ranking: 125 (somewhere around there)

  • 1440 Round: 1348

  • 720 Round: 694

  • SANAA Indoor: 578
